reservations must be received 12 hours prior to service time. All reservations must
be accompanied by a valid major credit card number, phone number, security
code number and billing address in order to confirm services.
Charter and
limousine reservations are subject to availability. After hours
reservations will NOT be taken, confirmed or cancelled thru our answering
service, however, they will gladly take and relay to us any messages that
you may want to leave.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
All cancellations must be
received during office hours (8 am to 8pm daily EST) and at least 6 hours
prior to scheduled service time. Early morning service
(i.e. between 3 am, 4 am..... till 9am) must be received no later than 8 pm
(EST) the day before.
Charter and Limousine
reservation cancellation will be charge according to the following schedule:

30 days or prior will be charged 0%
·
15- 29 days prior will be charged 50%
·
0-14 days prior will be charged 100%
All reservation changes
are accepted during office business hours and may be subject to rate
reconfiguration.
