CANTON PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
1.
All Passengers arriving into Akron Canton Airport please report
to our desk prior to retrieving luggage. Our desk is located
next to baggage claim number 4 (opposite door number 6) Our
driver will proceed with passenger to baggage claim and help
with luggage. With carryon only, please report directly to our
desk, where the driver will be waiting.
CLEVELAND HOPKINS PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Please note
that due to Cleveland-Hopkins airport security restrictions, all
livery vehicles are prohibited from parking outside the arrival
area doors...
Thus, for Standard Airport
Service, when arriving at Cleveland Hopkins airport please
follow the simple instructions below:

1. with checked luggage, please proceed
to the baggage claim level.

2. Upon
retrieving luggage if cell phone not
available, go to any public pay phone on that level and call 1-
800-767-4767.

(it's toll-free - no change is required).

3. Our dispatcher will ask for your last
name and/or confirmation number. Please have this information
ready before you call.

The dispatcher will then ask you for the door
number your standing at, to help you identify your
vehicle, you will be given and its description It may
take about 5 minutes for the car to reach you depending
upon airport traffic levels
