Due to airport security restrictions, please note the instructions listed for both major area airports below.

When arriving into Akron-Canton Airport, please report to the Shuttle One Services SOS desk prior to retrieving your luggage. The desk is located next to baggage claim number 4 (opposite door number 6). The driver will proceed with you to the baggage claim to help with your luggage. Passengers with only carry-on luggage may report directly to the SOS desk where the driver will be waiting.

 

 

Please note that due to Cleveland Hopkins airport security restrictions, all livery vehicles are prohibited from parking outside the arrival area doors.

Thus, for standard airport service, when arriving at Cleveland Hopkins airport please follow these simple instructions:

1. Collect luggage on the baggage claim level.

2. Upon retrieving luggage call 1- 800-767-4767. Many public pay phone are available if needed, the number is toll-free.

3. Please have your last name and/or confirmation number ready for the dispatcher when you call.

4. The dispatcher will ask you for the door number you are near. You'll be given the vehicle's description. It may take up to 5 minutes for the car to reach you depending on airport traffic levels.
